Technology for manufacturing mortar cushion block of steam turbine body
The invention provides a technology for manufacturing a mortar cushion block of a steam turbine body. The technology includes the following steps that (1) hair shoveling is conducted on the surface of a concrete foundation; (2) a grouting formwork is mounted; (3) the mortar cushion block is poured, wherein pouring relates to the specific steps of a, maintaining and blending the foundation, b, mixing and pouring a grouting material and c, initially maintaining the mortar cushion block; and (4) the grouting formwork is dismounted. According to the technology, a traditional construction process is optimized, and bubbles are reduced in the stirring process of slurry; a sliding groove is additionally formed in the position of a mortar injection inlet, defoaming stopping bars are arranged on the sliding groove, the flow guiding effect is achieved, and the bubbles contained in the slurry are effectively removed in the pouring process of the slurry. The percent of pass of the mortar cushion block manufactured through the technology is high, forming is good, and labor and material consumption caused by reworking is reduced.
