Urban comprehensive pipe rack of steel corrugated plate structure
The invention relates to an urban comprehensive pipe rack of a steel corrugated plate structure. A reinforced concrete comprehensive pipe rack is high in investment cost and long in construction period. A steel corrugated pipeline formed by splicing steel corrugated plates longitudinally and transversely serves as a rack body in a foundation pit. Steel corrugated pipeline splicing holes are formed in the periphery of the steel corrugated plates, and the steel corrugated plates are spliced and fixed through bolts. The inner and outer surfaces of the steel corrugated pipeline are coated with insulation materials. A concrete layer is arranged on the bottom surface inside the steel corrugated pipeline. The steel corrugated plates form an integrated structure after being installed, can better bear differential settlement caused by various unfavorable conditions and can better play the advantages of the steel corrugated plates by replacing a pipe rack of a reinforced concrete structure. The manufacturing cost of the comprehensive rack is reduced. The municipal infrastructure construction is accelerated.
