A domestic wastewater classifying and recycling device comprises a wastewater collecting chamber, a water drain pipe, water pumps, a valve, a water storage tank I of a toilet, a water tank and a water storage tank II, wherein the wastewater collecting chamber is a cubic water tank, and a square separation plate is placed in the middle to divide the wastewater collecting chamber into two wastewater collecting chamber bodies for collecting wastewater in a classified manner; the water drain pipe is a wastewater circulating pipe; the water pumps are used for delivering the wastewater into the water storage tank II; the water storage tank II is used for storing and recycling the wastewater. The wastewater in the water tank flows to the water drain pipe, the circulating path of the domestic wastewater is changed by the aid of the valve on the water drain pipe, so that the wastewater enters different wastewater collecting chamber bodies, and the domestic wastewater in the different wastewater collecting chamber bodies is pumped by the different water pumps as required and delivered to the water storage tank I through the pipe to be reused.
