The invention relates to the field of domestic waste water collecting and using, in particular to a water-saving environment-friendly excrement and urine separation and collection closestool. The closestool comprises an excrement collecting device, a flushing device, a water and urine separation device and an odor treatment device, wherein the flushing device is used for cleaning the closestool through waste water, the water and urine separation device is arranged below the excrement collecting device, and the odor treatment device is arranged on the side face of the excrement collecting device. The excrement collecting device can be used for collecting and using excrement. The water and urine separation device can separate urine from the waste water used for flushing the closestool and store the urine for use. The odor treatment device can exhaust odor in the closestool and be used for absorbing the odor. By means of the closestool, separation and collection of the excrement and the urine are achieved, and fertilizer resources in the excrement and the urine are fully used. Besides, domestic water is adopted for flushing, and fragments and sludge in the domestic water are separated. After sludge water at the bottom is adopted to wash the closestool, clear water in the middle is used for cleaning the closestool, use of the waste water is effectively achieved, and the situation that the sludge pollutes the closestool can not be caused.
