The invention discloses a repairing device for a bifurcated pipe of a road sewer and a construction method of the repairing device. The repairing device is characterized by comprising a pipe coiler, an air compressor I, a connecting pipe and a bottom board, wherein a thermosetting resin hose is arranged on the pipe coiler in a coiling manner, a fixed bracket is mounted on the bottom board, the connecting pipe passes through the fixed bracket, one end of the connecting pipe is movably provided with an elbow, a motor is further mounted on the bottom board, a turbo-worm lifting rod driven by the motor to rise and fall is mounted on the bottom board, a rubber cushion is mounted on the top of the turbo-worm lifting rod, the air compressor I is communicated with a hose inflation pipe extending to the elbow end of the connecting pipe, and the elbow end of the connecting pipe is provided with a steam pipe which is connected to the pipe coiler. Compared with the prior art, the repairing device has the advantages that the excavation is small with the sleeve technology, the repairing speed is high, and the repairing efficiency is high; and meanwhile, the environment is not destroyed, the traffic flow of the road is not influenced, and thus the repairing device is suitable for popularization and use.
