The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete external wall plate connecting device. By the connecting device, an external wall plate is connected with a main body structure. The connecting device comprises an anchor plate, a horizontal anchor bar, a vertical anchor bar, a wall top pendant, a wall plate bottom anchor bar, a vertical limiting plate, a horizontal limiting plate, a plate surface embedded part, connecting reinforcements and a connecting sleeve; the anchor plate, the horizontal anchor bar and the vertical anchor bar are arranged on the upper portion of the external wall plate; a drilling hole is formed in the anchor plate; the horizontal anchor bar penetrates in the drilling hole; the vertical anchor bar is welded to the anchor plate so as to strengthen an anchoring effect; the wall top pendent is arranged between the external wall plate and the main body structure; a side surface of the wall top pendant is welded to the outer side of the anchor plate; the bottom surface of the wall top pendent is welded to the plate surface embedded part which is embedded on a prefabricated beam of the main body structure; and the connecting reinforcement is arranged between the external wall plate and the main body structure. By the prefabricated concrete external wall plate connecting device, safety of the structure can be guaranteed, construction can be simplified, and construction progress of the main body structure can be guaranteed.
