The invention provides a waterproof structure of a glass pool and concrete structure for the problem that water leakage hidden trouble exists in an existing underwater showroom. The waterproof structure comprises a concrete wall, box-shaped steel structures and pool bottom structural parts; in addition, steel rectangular pipes are installed on the box-shaped steel structures, main steel plate bending parts are evenly distributed on the steel rectangular pipes, and main steel frameworks are installed on the steel rectangular pipes; the tops of the box-shaped steel structures are provided with secondary steel plate bending parts, and the top surfaces of the main steel frameworks and the top surfaces of secondary steel frameworks are covered with the pool bottom structural parts; the surface of the concrete wall on tempered glass is provided with a stainless steel bracket, and the surface of the concrete wall on the stainless steel bracket is provided with a concrete layer and a waterproof layer. The waterproof structure has the advantages that all edges of all glass can act on the steel frameworks to be supported by the steel frameworks to ensure the supporting strength, rigidity and stability of a glass pool, and therefore the glass cannot be broken due to support deformation to cause leakage.
