The invention discloses a multilayer insulation plate which comprises a decoration surface layer located on the outermost layer. A polyurethane foam plate is arranged on the lower portion of the decoration surface layer. The upper layer of an inorganic insulation layer is connected with the lower layer of the polyurethane foam plate, and an aluminum foil plate is arranged between the polyurethane foam plate and the inorganic insulation plate. The upper layer of a vacuum layer is connected with the lower layer of the inorganic insulation layer, and the upper layer of a soundproof insulation layer is connected with the lower layer of the vacuum layer. The bottom layer of the insulation layer is provided with a cement plate base layer. The multilayer insulation plate has a fireproof effect, a very high insulation effect and a strong soundproof effect, meanwhile, it can be ensured that the multilayer insulation plate can be stuck to an outer wall while the mass is reduced, and the possibility of disengagement is lowered.
