The invention discloses a tuned liquid damper with earthquake pre-warning and intensity measuring functions. The tuned liquid damper comprises a tuned liquid damper body, an intensity marking pipe and a pre-warning circuit, normal saline is held in the tuned liquid damper body, the water level of the normal saline in the tuned liquid damper body is a normal water level, a pre-warning water level position needing pre-warning is arranged above the tuned liquid damper body, the pre-warning circuit is a non-closed circuit, a pre-warning water level position is arranged at a broken position of the pre-warning circuit, a pre-warning device is arranged in the pre-warning circuit; the intensity marking pipe is communicated with the lower portion of the tuned liquid damper body, a PH test paper color change film is upwards pasted from the pre-warning water level position at the upper end of the intensity marking pipe, and scales are marked simultaneously. The pre-warning circuit is added on a common tuned liquid damper, so that the tuned liquid damper has damping effect and further has the earthquake pre-warning and intensity measuring functions.
