The invention discloses a wall structure of a dismounting-free constructional column formwork and a construction method of the wall structure. The wall structure of the dismounting-free constructional column formwork comprises a form board body, a reinforcement cage and building blocks; the reinforcement cage is arranged in a cavity of the form board body; the building blocks are arranged on two sides of the form board body; the form board body consists of at least two vertical standard knots which are placed in the up-down direction; each standard knot comprises an outer clamping mold and an inner lining mold; each outer clamping mold is arranged on an outer vertical surface of a wall; the cross section of each outer clamping mold is U-shaped; each inner lining mold is arranged at an opening end of the corresponding outer clamping mold; each inner lining mold and the corresponding outer clamping mold form a closed-frame-shaped structure; a U-shaped notch is formed in the inner lining mold of the top standard knot; and a brick model is arranged outside the U-shaped notch. The construction method comprises the following steps of early-stage preparation, reinforcement cage binding and mounting, manufacturing and mounting of the standard knots and the brick model, reinforced bar mounting and building block masonry, and pouring molding. The wall structure of the dismounting-free constructional column formwork and the construction method of the wall structure have the advantages that the wall structure is convenient to mount, a form board does not need to be dismounted, and unnecessary potential safety hazards are avoided.
