Provided are a structural wallboard for a superimposed decorative layer and an insulating layer and a construction method. For most of existing construction projects, reinforcing bar binding, formwork erecting and concrete pouring are conducted on site, the construction period is long, the quality is difficult to ensure, waste of materials is caused, and pollution to the environment is caused by dust in construction. The structural wallboard for the superimposed decorative layer and the insulating layer comprises a superimposed wallboard decorative layer (1) and a superimposed structural layer (3), a reinforcing bar mesh sheet (4) is installed in the middle inside the superimposed wallboard decorative layer, a set of lattice reinforcing bars (6) are installed in the superimposed wallboard decorative layer, an insulating layer (2) is laid or sprayed on the inner side of the superimposed wallboard decorative layer, the upper portions of the lattice reinforcing bars are fixed with a structural reinforcing bar (7) which is installed in the superimposed structural layer, the superimposed wallboard decorative layer is connected with the superimposed structural layer through the lattice reinforcing bars, a set of wallboard thickness control rods (5) are installed between the superimposed wallboard decorative layer and the superimposed structural layer, and cast-in-place concrete (8) is poured between the insulating layer and the superimposed structural layer. The structural wallboard for the superimposed decorative layer and the insulating layer and the construction method are used for the superimposed decorative layer and the insulating layer.
