The invention discloses an anti-falling glass curtain wall opening sash, which comprises two upright posts and a cross beam, wherein the cross beam is fixed between the two upright posts; a fixing frame is fixed between the cross beam and the upright posts through self taping screws; an opening sash is connected with the fixing frame through support elements arranged at the two sides; the opening sash comprises a sash frame and a glass panel; the sectional material structure of the sash frame comprises a rectangular sectional material body and U-shaped grooves connected into a whole with the sectional material body; the U-shaped grooves are positioned in the outer side of the sectional material body; the U-shaped grooves positioned in the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the sash frame are in opposite arrangement; and a glass panel is clamped in the U-shaped grooves. The anti-falling glass curtain wall opening sash has the advantages that the structure is simple; shading elements are arranged at four sides of the glass panel; a supporter is arranged at the bottom of the glass panel; the falling phenomenon cannot occur; the effect of reinforcing the glass panel of the opening sash is achieved; the problem of falling of the glass panel on the opening sash often occurring in the existing high-rise or ultra-high-rise buildings can be fundamentally solved; two sealing structures are used; and the air tightness and the waterproof capability of the opening sash are greatly improved.
