Prefabricated concrete composite floor slab
The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete composite floor slab, which comprises a prefabricated slab and embedded steel beams embedded in the bottom surface of the prefabricated slab, wherein each embedded steel beam is cap-shaped steel or U-shaped steel with the identical cross section shape, and completely or basically penetrates through a main body of the prefabricated slab; a plurality of embedded steel beams are in parallel arrangement in rows; a pair of outwards flanged upper wing slabs and partial web slabs of each embedded steel beam are embedded inside the prefabricated slab; the rest web slabs and lower wing slabs are hung under the bottom surface of the prefabricated slab; and steel wires, steel nets, steel plates or section steel is welded on a pair of upper wing plates of each embedded steel beam. The prefabricated concrete composite floor slab has the advantages that the steel beams are embedded in the prefabricated slab; the anti-bending bearing capacity and the rigidity of the floor slab are greatly enhanced; the thickness of the prefabricated slab is reduced; the weight of the floor slab is reduced; the cost is reduced; the prefabrication of floor slab production is realized; and the field installation of the floor slab becomes convenient, fast and reliable.

The prefabricated concrete composite floor slab has the advantages that the steel beams are embedded in the prefabricated slab; the anti-bending bearing capacity and the rigidity of the floor slab are greatly enhanced; the thickness of the prefabricated slab is reduced; the weight of the floor slab is reduced; the cost is reduced; the prefabrication of floor slab production is realized; and the field installation of the floor slab becomes convenient, fast and reliable.
