The application relates to the field of building materials and particularly relates to an improved sandwiched color-steel plate and a manufacture and construction method thereof. The color-steel plate comprises panels and a core plate, wherein the color-steel plate is in a shape of a rectangular plate; the internal core plate is provided with round holes along the length direction; the two sides of the core plate are provided with the panels; one side edge of the core plate is provided with a bulge, and the other side of the core plate is provided with a groove; the core plate is made of foam concrete materials, and plant stems are sandwiched in the concrete. The color-steel plate can be used as an inner/outer wall body or a top plate of a building; in installation, an adhesive is added in the groove, and after installation, the wall body is flat; the color-steel plate can be nailed and drilled, is moisture-proof and waterproof, and is sound-proof and heat-insulating.
