Wear-resisting high-hardness high-tenacity wallboard
The invention discloses a wear-resisting high-hardness high-tenacity wallboard, comprising a wear-resisting layer made from wear-resisting paint. The wear-resisting paint is prepared by adopting the processes: water is put into a mixer, ethylene glycol, kaolin, alumina, alumina powder, capacitive white corundum powder, graphite fluoride, a multifunctional polymer alcohol amine salt solution, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium hexametaphosphate are added and mixed, and centrifugal separating is performed to obtain a solid which is a first prefabricated material; tetraethyl orthosilicate is put into the mixer, absolute ethyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid are added, and mixing is performed to obtain a second prefabricated material; and water is put into the mixer for mixing, a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer, a low-grafted multi-hydrophobic-group organic polymer, sodium hexametaphosphate, concentrated sulfuric acid and an antifoaming agent are added and mixed, FEVE fluorocarbon resin, the second prefabricated material, a sodium silicate solution and methyl trifluoropropyl silicone oil are added and mixed, titanium dioxide and the first prefabricated material are added and mixed under heating, and water, an antifoaming agent, an organic silicone polymerized emulsion and methylcellulose are added and mixed to obtain the wear-resisting paint.
