The invention relates to a directly draining outfall structure and a construction method of the directly draining outfall structure. The structure comprises an outfall hole, a waterproof base plate, an elevation adjusting mechanism, an outfall core body and a connecting pipe, wherein the outfall hole is formed in a structure layer and penetrates through the structure layer; the outfall hole forms an outfall opening in the upper surface of the structure layer; the waterproof base plate is arranged in the position of the outfall opening; the periphery edge of the waterproof base plate is connected and fixed with a leveling layer arranged at the edge part of the outfall opening; a water discharge pipeline positioned in the outfall hole is arranged on the waterproof base plate; the elevation adjusting mechanism is formed on the waterproof base plate; the outfall core body is arranged in the waterproof base plate, is adjustably connected with the elevation adjusting mechanism and is adjusted in height along the elevation adjusting mechanism; the bottom of the outfall core body is provided with an outfall pipeline; the connecting pipe is inserted and fixed in the water discharge pipeline; and the bottom of the outfall pipeline is inserted in the connecting pipe. Through the elevation adjusting mechanism, the elevation of the outfall core body can be finely adjusted, and the problem of slope making deviation is solved, so that the water discharge function achieves the optimum effect.
