The invention discloses a controllable sucking-disc type floor laying machine. The rotation direction and rotation speed of each motor can be controlled through a rocking bar and a rotary knob respectively, so that all components cooperate with one another in a coordinated mode, sucking discs are adopted for sucking a floor tile for conducting the laying, double motors, namely a first motor and a second motor, control the rotation direction of carriage wheels respectively; by controlling the positive and reverse rotation of a third motor and transmitting the forward and reverse rotation to a vertical shaft, the vertical shaft rotates forward or reversely, and a sucking-disc device is further driven to rotate by a rack; a fourth motor controls a trapezoid-shaped slot bucket to move up and down; a fifth motor controls the rack to contract and extend back and forth in the trapezoid-shaped slot bucket; a sixth motor controls the sucking-disc device to be elevated or dropped; a seventh motor controls the sucking-disc device to rotate in the horizontal direction; an eighth motor controls sucking-disc bottom plates to swing from one side to the other side under a square frame; a ninth motor controls a sucking-disc air inlet and a sucking-disc air outlet through a connected steel wire stay cord, so that a floor tile is sucked and laid down; in the floor tile laying process, a tenth motor is controlled to vibrate through a normally-open button, so that the bottom face of the floor tile is in uniform contact with concrete.
