The invention discloses a connecting component applicable to multidirectional installation of a scaffold. The connecting component comprises a connecting disc, a connecting block, fixing pins and a connecting assembly, wherein a center hole is formed in the connecting disc; a plurality of assembly holes are formed in the connecting disc and are positioned on the periphery of the center hole; the connecting block is of a 1/n equant circular ring structure; pin position holes are formed in the connecting block; a clamp groove in horizontal arrangement is formed in the connecting block; the connecting block is separated into a basic part, a first bulge part and a second bulge part by the clamp groove; the first bulge part and the second bulge part are positioned at one side of the basic part, are connected with the basic part and are arranged in upper and lower positions; a connecting sheet is arranged on the connecting blocks; a connecting hole is formed in the connecting sheet; the connecting assembly and the connecting hole are matched for connecting the connecting sheet and a transverse pipe; and the fixing pins and the pin position holes are matched for connecting the connecting block and the connecting disc. The connecting component has the advantages that through the matching of the connecting block and the connecting disc, one vertical pipe can be used for simultaneously installing a plurality of transverse pipes in multidirectional arrangement in the same horizontal position, so that the installation requirement of the scaffold is met.
