A formwork folding and unfolding mechanism comprises connection assemblies and pull rods, wherein the connection assemblies and the pull rods are matched with inner formworks. One end of each pull rod is movably connected to the corresponding connection assembly, and the other end of each pull rod is connected to the rotating joint of two edge formworks in a hinged mode. The pull rods stretch out and draw back in the axis direction of the connection assemblies under the action of external force. The two edge formworks stretch outwards or draw back inwards in the direction close to or away from the connection assemblies under the action of the pull rods. An interior cylinder formwork of an elevator shaft formwork device is internally provided with the formwork folding and unfolding mechanism, in the elevator shaft casting process, the whole interior cylinder formwork can stretch outwards or draw back inwards in four directions at the same time by directly rotating operation rods, and the steps of formwork folding and formwork detaching are completed easily in the construction process. The whole device is simple in structure and convenient and easy to operate, labor is saved, and construction efficiency is greatly improved. The invention further provides the interior cylinder formwork with the formwork folding and unfolding mechanism and the elevator shaft formwork device.
