The invention relates to an automatic negative pressure weighing room, which comprises an outer box body, an air supply box and an air return box, wherein the air supply box and the air return box are arranged inside the outer box body; a work region is arranged between the air return box and the air supply box; an inlet of the air return box is connected with an outlet of the work region; an outlet of the air supply box is connected with an inlet of the work region; a fan is arranged in a position of an outlet of the air return box, and is connected with an inlet of the air supply box; an efficient filter is arranged in the position of the outlet of the work region; a control end is arranged on the outer box body; an air speed sensor is arranged in the work region and is connected with the control end; the control end is connected with the fan; a control door is arranged in the position of the inlet of the air return box; and the control door is connected with the control end. Through the control end and the air speed sensor, the air speed can be sensed; the air speed can be regulated through regulating the rotating speed of a motor; the air speed can also be regulated through regulating the opening and the closing of the control door according to requirements; the structure is simple; the use is convenient; and cross infection can be prevented.
