The invention discloses a safety door lock assembly for a high-speed rotating box. The safety door lock assembly is composed of a door spindle self-locking set, a lock door spindle set, a door lock seat set, a rocker arm bracket, a rocker arm fixing shaft, a rocker arm, a handle set, a shifting roller, a compression spring and a roller seat, wherein the door lock seat set is welded to a box door; the lock door spindle set is installed on a door lock seat on the right side and provided with the door spindle self-locking set on the upper portion; the rocker arm bracket is welded to the lower portion of a right door; the rocker arm fixing shaft, the rocker arm and the handle set are sequentially arranged on the rocker arm bracket; a roller on the handle set can roll in the roller seat so as to shift a lock door spindle to ascend or descend; during ascending, a latch on the spindle is separated from a hole so that a user can open the door to take out parts; during operation and machining, the box door is closed firstly, the user operates a handle to insert the latch on the spindle into the hole, and at the moment, the lock door spindle is locked; the compression spring can guarantee that the lock door spindle does not automatically ascend, and therefore the latch is prevented from being separated from the hole; the door lock assembly can not loosen during operation of the rotating box; the sealing is secure; accordingly, the functions of safety production and clean production can be achieved.
