Guniting machine
The invention relates to a guniting machine, which mainly solves the problems that for a spiral conveyor of the existing grouting machine, material bonding and blockage phenomena occur before materials reach an outlet position in the material conveying process; the spiral rod clamping is caused; and the high-speed guniting effect cannot be achieved. The guniting machine is characterized in that a spiral rod used for forwards conveying the materials is arranged in the spiral conveyor; the spiral rod is of a hollow structure; one end of the spiral rod is connected with an air source; an air and material mixing chamber used for mixing air and the materials is arranged at the front side of the spiral rod; and the air and material mixing chamber is communicated with a first discharging opening. The guniting machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the spiral rod of the spiral conveyor is of the hollow structure; the air source enters the hollow structure, reaches the air and material mixing chamber at the front end and then sprays out the materials; no spatial dead corner allowing air buffer and leakage exists in the spiral rod; slurry backflow is also avoided; slurry can also be sprayed at a high speed even at a small air pressure amount; the phenomena of bonding, blockage and the like are avoided; the size and the weight of the machine can be reduced; the structure is compact; and the use effect is good.
