The invention relates to a water inlet valve. The water inlet valve comprises an upper control piece, a middle control piece, a lower control piece, a valve cover, a valve body and a floating body; the upper control piece comprises an upper control piece body and a brake magnet; the middle control piece comprises a linkage magnetic core and a water stopping head, and the water stopping head is arranged at the lower portion of the linkage magnetic core; a control hole and a small communication hole are formed in the lower control piece; an upper control piece cavity and a middle control piece cavity are formed in the valve cover; a water inlet, a water outlet, a valve port and a lower control piece position are arranged on the valve body; and a buoyancy cavity is formed in the floating body. The brake magnet and the linkage magnetic core are placed to be reversed in magnetic pole; when the floating body downwards moves, the upper control piece is driven to upwards move, the brake magnet upwards moves and enables the linkage magnetic core to upwards move, the water stopping head upwards moves and is far away from the control hole, the lower control piece upwards moves, and therefore the valve port is opened; and when the floating body upwards moves, the upper control piece is driven to downwards move, the brake magnet downwards moves and enables the linkage magnetic core to downwards move, the water stopping head downwards moves and abuts against the control hole, the lower control piece downwards moves, and therefore the valve port is closed.
