The invention discloses a control device of an intelligent ground lock. The control device comprises a Bluetooth communication module, a ground lock processing unit, a ground lock state isolator, a ground lock driving circuit, and a power module. When receiving a ground lock operation instruction, the Bluetooth communication module generates a wake up signal and notifies the ground lock processing unit in an interruption mode. The ground lock state isolator notifies the ground lock processing unit of a ground lock state signal in an interruption mode. When receiving the wake up signal, the ground lock processing unit switches from a standby state to an operating state, outputs a ground lock switch control signal, determines whether to stop outputting the ground lock switch control signal according to the ground lock state signal, and switches to the standby state within preset time after stopping outputting the ground lock switch control signal. The ground lock driving circuit controls the locking and the unlocking of the ground lock according to the ground lock switch control signal. The power module supplies power to the Bluetooth communication module, the ground lock processing unit, and the ground lock state isolator. The control device determines the state of the ground lock by means of the interruption mode so as to control the locking and the unlocking of the ground lock and effectively reduce power consumption.
