The invention relates to a swimming pool monitoring system which comprises a water circulation system and a water quality control system. A capacitive liquid level sensor arranged on the bottom of a swimming pool is used for monitoring a water level in a real-time manner. A single-chip microcomputer is adopted to control solenoid valves on an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe so as to control the water level. The single-chip microcomputer further controls the flowing speeds of water in the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe. Therefore, the good water circulation system is established. The great water quality control system is formed by arranging a thermometer, a turbidity meter, a PH instrument, a residual chlorine analyzer, a controller, an elevator pump and a circulating pump in a cooperative way. The swimming pool monitoring system which has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, low cost and low failure rate can improve the swimming pool managing intelligence to a great extent.
