The present invention provides a high-grade highway vehicle road intersection traffic control system and relates to a system for preventing the occurrence of traffic safety problems caused by the acts of vehicles and other traffic media in violation of regulations on vehicle roads at the signal-controlled interaction of high-grade highways. According to needs, a guide rod device is driven to run just in time, so that vehicles and other traffic media are allowed to pass through or are allowed to run in allowable directions. When the system does not need to work, the working structure of the system does not protrude out of the ground plane. Therefore, no valuable space resource at the intersection is occupied. If a vehicle or any other traffic medium collides with the system, the vehicle or the traffic medium is prevented from being damaged. The high-grade highway vehicle road intersection traffic control system is mainly composed of guide rod devices, sensors, control signal lamps and other parts of all vehicle roads, and is simple in structure, safe, reliable, and convenient to install and maintain.
