A method for producing a hydrated solidified body is a method for producing a hydrated solidified body by kneading a granular steel-making slag and a SiO2-containing substance together with water. The method is characterized in that the steel-making slag to be used is one that can have a disintegration rate of 2.5 mass% or less after being immersed in warm water having a temperature of 80 DEG C for 10 days and has a coarse granule ratio of 4.5 or more, and the SiO2-containing substance to be used is a blast furnace slag fine powder or a mixture of a blast furnace slag fine powder and fly ash.
