The embodiment of the invention provides novel interlayer well casings used for soil aeration, an interlayer aeration well and a construction method of the interlayer aeration well. Each interlayer well casing comprises a pipeline. A plurality of screening holes are distributed in the wall of each pipeline at intervals, and the hole diameters of the screening holes are gradually increased from the top end to the bottom end of each pipeline. An annular baffle is fixed to the wall of the pipeline. The interlayer aeration well comprises a plurality of interlayer well casings; the ends of all the interlayer well casings are detachably connected in sequence and communicated to form the well casing; and the diameters of the screening holes of each novel interlayer well casing used for soil aeration and located on the lower portion are larger than the diameters of the screening holes of the novel interlayer well casing used for soil aeration and located on the upper portion of the corresponding novel interlayer well casing. The construction steps include that the interlayer aeration well is put on a ground where a hole is to be formed; the interlayer aeration well is perpendicularly arranged in the well hole; the annular baffle is backfilled with low-breathable filter materials and high-breathable filter materials in a staggered manner, and the lower portion of the annular baffle is sequentially backfilled with the low-breathable filter materials and high-breathable filter materials, and the upper portion of the annular baffle is sequentially backfilled with the low-breathable filter materials and high-breathable filter materials; and after installation and backfilling, concrete is used for sealing the novel interlayer aeration well.
