The invention relates to an electronic card support with a lock. The electronic card support comprises a support body, and a support lock hole is formed in the front end of the support body. The support body is provided with the lock. The lock comprises a lock body, a lock chain and a lock rod. One end of the lock chain is connected with the lock body, and the other end of the lock chain is connected with the lock rod. The lock body is provided with a first lock hole used for allowing the lock rod to be inserted therein. According to the length of the lock rod, the length of the extension portion of the lock rod is larger than the distance between a mounting slot of an electronic card label and the first lock hole after the lock rod is inserted in the first lock hole. A public bike comprises a bike front fork, and the bike front fork is provided with the electronic card support with the lock. The phenomenon that the bike is locked by the lock and a bike locking device at the same time is avoided, and misoperation caused by bike returning can be effectively prevented.
