The invention relates to the field of blast furnace superfine slag powder manufacturing, in particular to a blast furnace slag liquid grinding aid which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of isopropanolamine, 8-18 parts of bamboo vinegar, 10-20 parts of span-20, 7-15 parts of paraffin oil and 1-7 parts of polyethylene glycol diacrylate ester. Through the adoption of the blast furnace slag liquid grinding aid provided by the invention, the grindability of the slag powder can be improved, the activity index of the superfine slag powder is increased, the mill output can be increased, and the power consumption per unit time is reduced.
