The invention relates to the technical field of cement additives, in particular to a high-flowability concrete swelling agent. The high-flowability concrete swelling agent is prepared from the following components by weight percentage: 60 to 75 percent of gypsum, 6 to 10 percent of aluminum sulfate, 5 to 10 percent of ammonium sulfate, 8 to 16 percent of silicate, 1 to 3 percent of graphite powder and 8 to 12 percent of polysilicate ester. The high-flowability concrete swelling agent provided by the invention has good flowability and permeability, and after being dried, the cement has good functions of crack resistance, impermeability and the like.
