The invention relates to a self-expansion sand-free ceramic tile gap filling treatment material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of landfill materials. The self-expansion sand-free ceramic tile gap filling treatment material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of reactive diluent, 2-5 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, 1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of leveling agent, 0.5-1 part of dispersing agent, 5-10 parts of organic soil and 250-300 parts of functional material. The component B is prepared from the following raw material in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of epoxy curing agent. The self-expansion sand-free ceramic tile gap filling treatment material has the advantages of high compression resistance, high tensile strength, high flexibility and microexpansive volume. The experiment proves that the compression strength of the self-expansion sand-free ceramic tile gap filling treatment material can reach 40 MPa or above, the tensile strength can reach 12 MPa or above, the bonding strength for the wet substrate can reach 3 MPa or above, and the material can slightly expand after reaction, thereby resisting cracking.
