The method includes the steps that firstly, an active aluminosilicate source material is prepared; secondly, an alkali-activated solution is prepared; thirdly, an inorganic polymer batch is prepared; fourthly, a blank is prepared; fifthly, high-temperature treatment is performed, and then preparation of the silicon carbide ceramic material is completed. The method is used for preparing the silicon carbide ceramic material.
