The invention belongs to the field of novel material, and relates to a novel environmental and fireproof material. According to the invention, an oxynitride fireproof material with high performance is synthesized by using gangue, gangue waste resources and energy are fully used, so that tension situation of the fireproof material can be solved, the novel fireproof material product with high performance is provided, and a series of environmental and social problems due to exploitation and production of the fireproof material as well as pollution of gangue can be solved, the oxynitride fireproof material with high performance is synthesized by using gangue. The main mineral of gangue is clay mineral, the main ingredient is silica, aluminium oxide and residual carbon. The silica, aluminium oxide and residual carbon are main raw materials for compositing nitrogen alumina silica (the novel fireproof material product with high performance) through carbon thermal reduction and a nitridation technology.
