The repair material comprises, by weight, 20-35% of calcium hexaluminate with the particle size of 3-5 mm, 7-15% of magnesia-calcium clinker with the particle size of 1-3 mm, 8-20% of brown aluminum oxide with the particle size of 1-3 mm, 10-20% of magnesium aluminate spinel with the particle size of 0-1 mm, 9-17% of pyrophyllite with the particle size smaller than 0.088 mm, 10-20% of fused mullite with the particle size of 180-200 meshes, 1-8% of SiC micro powder with the particle size smaller than 0.088 mm and 1-4% of water reducing agent. The repair material has the advantages of being low in cost, resistant to high temperature, high in anti-erosion ability and simple in manufacturing method, facilitates construction, and is firmly combined with the small sleeve and capable of repairing the blast-furnace tuyere small sleeve damaged after being used to make the blast-furnace tuyere small sleeve be used repeatedly, and therefore the production cost is further reduced.
