Aluminum oxide/lanthanide glass composite material and preparation method therefor
The invention discloses an aluminum oxide/lanthanide glass composite material and a preparation method therefor. The lanthanide glass comprises 50-75wt% of La2O3 and 25-50wt% of SiO2; a selected transparent aluminum oxide substrate is a round sheet, wherein the radius R is 25 mm and the thickness delta is 1 mm. The preparation method comprises: uniformly putting La2O3 and SiO2 raw materials which are fully mixed on the surface of the aluminum oxide substrate for about 1 mm thick; keeping the temperature for 2-4 hours at 1450-1500 DEG C in a high temperature furnace; then reducing the temperature in the furnace to room temperature (at a rate about 10 DEG C/minute), discharging the aluminum oxide/glass composite material and examining the aluminum oxide/glass composite material; then annealing the aluminum oxide/glass composite material for over 12 hours at 400-700 DEG C; and finally obtaining the required composite material. The composite material is a novel aluminum oxide/lanthanide glass composite material which is used in the industrial field of infrared optics, electro-optic display, military industry, lenses and the like.
