The invention discloses a multifunctional bituminous pavement maintenance machine, comprising a frame, a disc type cutting blade, a high-pressure exhaust fan, a dust collection hood, a dust storage barrel, a pouring mechanism and an engine, wherein the disc type cutting blade is arranged at the front of the frame, the dust collection hood directly covers the disc type cutting blade and is connected with the dust storage barrel, an exhaust inlet of the high-pressure exhaust fan is connected to the top of the dust storage barrel through an air suction pipe, the pouring mechanism is composed of a glue storage box, a glue conveying pump, a heating box and a pouring nozzle, the glue conveying pump is arranged in the heating box, a smoke outlet of the engine is connected to the inside of the heating box, the heating box is provided with a smoke vent, the glue storage box is arranged at the upper part of the heating box, and the pouring nozzle is embedded in the bottom of the frame and is positioned behind the disc type cutting blade. As the disc type cutting blade, the high-pressure exhaust fan and the glue conveying pump share the one engine, three actions of slotting, pumping and pouring can be carried out simultaneously, and the three procedures are combined into a whole, so that the labor intensity of workers is alleviated, and the working time for crack pouring and repairing and road closure is shortened.
