The invention discloses an automatic cleaning maintaining device provided with guide rods and used for a bridge. The bridge comprises a transverse main beam (4) provided with a transversely-extending guide rib (2) and auxiliary beams (41) supported on the transverse main beam (4). The automatic cleaning maintaining device comprises a supporting frame (99), a water supplying pipe (61) which is supported on the supporting frame (99) and close to the main beam (4) and a nozzle (62) communicated with the water supplying pipe (61) so that the automatic cleaning maintaining device can be aligned with the portion, needing to be cleaned, of the bridge for water spraying cleaning. The upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) are each provided with a plurality of guiding protrusions extending along the guide rib (2).
