The rotary lifting supporting column is characterized by comprising a fixed cylinder part and a rotary cylinder part; the fixed cylinder part and the rotary cylinder part are of an internal and external sleeving structure; the fixed cylinder part comprises a fixed cylinder, a fixed cover and a rotary rocking arm, the fixed cover is installed at one end of the fixed cylinder through a bolt and a nut, the rotary rocking arm is installed on the fixed cover, and a lead screw is arranged below the rotary rocking arm; the fixed cylinder part is fixed to an arc-shaped clamping plate through a U-shaped clamp and a nut, the arc-shaped clamping plate is welded to a vertical crossbeam, and the vertical crossbeam is welded to a transverse crossbeam; the rotary cylinder part comprises a rotary cylinder, a wheel fork and a nut, the nut is welded to one end of the rotary cylinder and inserted into the fixed cylinder, and the lead screw is screwed into the nut; and the wheel fork is welded to the other end of the rotary cylinder, and a wheel is installed on the wheel fork through a shaft hole.
