Soft pump station gate trash rack and construction and use method thereof
The invention relates to a soft pump station gate trash rack which comprises a trash rack body arranged on pump chamber pier walls. The trash rack body is fixedly arranged at the front portions of the left pier wall and the right pier wall. A gate sheet bin is arranged at the upper portion of the trash rack body. A gate sheet is wound around a gate sheet shaft. When a gate sheet opening and closing mechanism is rotated anticlockwise, the gate sheet descends downwards to a bottom beam along the outer side of the trash rack body, and a gate is formed to prevent water flow from passing; when the gate sheet opening and closing mechanism is rotated clockwise, the gate sheet is lifted upwards and wound around the gate sheet shaft in the gate sheet bin, water flows through the trash rack body, and impurities are blocked. By the adoption of the soft pump station gate trash rack, land and project manufacturing cost can be saved, the impurities can be blocked in the water pumping process, and the soft pump station gate trash rack can be used as the gate for stopping water.
