The invention discloses an intelligent reinforced concrete frame structure with a self-adaptive energy-consuming mechanism. The intelligent reinforced concrete frame structure is characterized by comprising reinforced concrete columns, steel beams, friction energy-consuming supports and connection elements, wherein each steel beam comprises an end part elastic section at one end, a middle elastic section and an end part energy-consuming section at the other end; the end part elastic section, the middle elastic section and the end part energy-consuming section of each steel beam are connected together in a detachable manner respectively; the end part elastic section of each steel beam is connected with the reinforced concrete column at one end through the corresponding connection element, and the end part energy-consuming section of each steel beam is connected with the reinforced concrete column at the other end through the corresponding connection element; and the two ends of each friction energy-consuming support are connected with a frame structure node composed of the steel beams and the middle elastic sections of the steel beams respectively. The intelligent reinforced concrete frame structure disclosed by the invention is excellent in anti-seismic property and convenient in seismic damage repairable capacity on the basis of realizing prefabricated construction.
