The invention discloses a purifying and waterproof fluorescence wallpaper comprising a base layer and a pattern layer, and the pattern layer is disposed on the base layer. The purifying and waterproof fluorescence wallpaper is characterized by further comprising an air purifying layer, a fluorescence layer, a waterproof layer, a non-setting adhesive layer and a release paper layer. The air purifying layer is disposed on the pattern layer, the fluorescence layer is disposed on the air purifying layer, the waterproof film is disposed on the fluorescence layer, the non-setting adhesive layer is disposed under the base layer, and the release paper layer is disposed under the non-setting adhesive layer. The thickness of the fluorescence layer is 0.3 mm, the waterproof layer is made from epoxy resin material, the thickness of the waterproof film is 0.3 mm, and the thickness of the base layer is 1.2 mm. The fluorescence layer contains fluorescent powder. The invention provides the purifying and waterproof fluorescence wallpaper which can purify indoor air, remove bacteria and emit light in the night, and is high in purifying efficiency, long in duration, waterproof without mildew.
