The invention provides a tail end fixing structure of a composite threadlike body, and the structure comprises a composite threadlike body (20), wherein the composite threadlike body is formed into a stranded wire shape by compounding a carbon fiber through a resin material; a composite buffer material(30) is used for covering the composite threadlike body (20); a wedge (40) is formed into a tubular shape, and the external diameter of the wedge is enlarged from an end part of one side subjected to tensile to an end part of another side of a fixed side, and the composite buffer material is embedded into a hollow part of the wedge; a sleeve (50) is arranged at the peripheral side of the wedge (40), is jagged with the shape of the wedge, and is provided with a conical and hollow inner structure of which the diameter is enlarged from an end of one side subjected to tensile to an end of another side of a fixed side, and the tail end fixing structure can prevent turnoff and a fixing operation can be simply carried out by a structure maintaining adequate friction.
