The invention discloses an electric pole protecting and shielding cover which comprises a first body and a second body arranged on the two sides of an electric pole respectively. A first buckling groove matched with the peripheral face of the electric pole is formed in the inner end of the first body, a second buckling groove matched with the peripheral face of the electric pole is formed in the inner end of the second body, and the first buckling groove and the second buckling groove are buckled to form an assembly hole formed in the peripheral face of the electric pole in a sleeving mode.
