The invention discloses an intelligent logistic electronic lock system and a locking and unlocking method of the system. The intelligent logistic electronic lock system comprises a monitoring management platform, a user terminal device, a relay device and an electronic lock. The user terminal device is used for sending unlocking/locking instructions to the relay device and querying state information of the electronic lock; the relay device is used for receiving the unlocking/locking instructions and sending the unlocking/locking instructions to the electronic lock; the electronic lock is used for carrying out unlocking or locking according to the unlocking/locking instructions and feeding back the state information to the monitoring management platform; and the monitoring management platform is used for receiving the state information so that the user terminal device can query the state information. According to the intelligent logistic electronic lock system, a user can unlock or lock the electronic lock and query the state information of the electronic lock through conveniently-held user terminal devices such as a smart phone and a panel personal computer; and using flexibility of the intelligent logistic electronic lock system is improved, and the user can more conveniently and rapidly use the system.
