The invention discloses a photoelectric dual-module lock. According to the technical scheme, the photoelectric dual-module lock comprises a key, a vice lock body with a keyhole and a main lock body with a lock plunger. The vice lock body and the main lock body are arranged separately. The key comprises a key body and a password output module inlaid in the key body. The side wall of the keyhole is provided with a password transmission component. The main lock body comprises a password checking module and a lock plunger driving device controlling extension and retraction of the lock plunger. The password checking module is connected with the lock plunger driving device. When an optical password signal received by the password checking module is the same as a stored unlocking password, the password checking module sends an unlocking signal to the lock plunger driving device, and the lock plunger driving device drives the lock plunger to open the lock. A photoelectric password and the mechanical key are integrated and the optical password signal is used for achieving unlocking. Traditional coercive unlocking methods such as lock poking and coercive unlocking through high torque can be prevented by the spatial isolation between the main lock body and the vice lock body.
