The invention provides a hinge and a refrigerator having the hinge. The hinge comprises a fixed plate, a support plate vertically connected with the fixed plate, and a hinge shaft vertically mounted on the support plate and used for fitting a shaft sleeve, wherein the external of the hinge shaft is plastically sealed with a plastic sealing cover; the plastic sealing cover is provided with a projection horizontally extending outside in the extension direction of the support plate; and the projection and the plastic sealing cover are integrally molded. On the one hand, the hinge shaft is plastically sealed with the plastic sealing cover to effectively prevent the corrosion of the hinge shaft; and on the other and, the projection is arranged on the plastic sealing cover to reduce an assembly gap between the hinge shaft and the shaft sleeve so as to prevent radial shaking of a door body and to reduce the contact area between the hinge shaft and the shaft sleeve to decrease the friction force therebetween.
