The invention provides a sound isolation composite board, a manufacturing method of the sound isolation composite board and a sound isolation door. The sound isolation composite board comprises a first side board (1), a second side board (2) and a frame body (4), wherein the first side board (1) comprises a first wood layer (11) and a first sound isolation layer (12) bonded with the first wood layer (11); the first wood layer (11) is positioned at the outer side of the first sound isolation layer (12); the second side board (2) comprises a second wood layer (21); the frame body (4) is positioned on the edges of the first side board (1) and the second side board (2); the frame body is encapsulated with the first side board (1) and the second side board (2) to form an inside space; and the inside space is filled with a sound absorption layer (3). The sound isolation composite board provided by the invention has the advantages that the sound isolation layer can block most sound waves outside the sound isolation composite board; the sound isolation layer can absorb transmission sound waves penetrating through the sound isolation layer, so that the noise can be reduced; and the sound isolation effect is good.
