Front clamping type center-penetrating jack
The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic jacks, and discloses a front clamping type center-penetrating jack. The center-penetrating jack comprises a cylinder body (1), a piston rod (3) disposed inside the cylinder body and capable of axially sliding relative to the cylinder body (1), and a spindle (13) disposed inside the piston rod (3). The center-penetrating jack is characterized in that the spindle (13) is internally provided with a tool anchor plate (10) used for clamping prestressing tendons; a spacer sleeve (15) is arranged on the periphery of the tool anchor plate (10); multiple guide bars (12) are uniformly arranged on the tool anchor plate (10) and along the axial direction of the spindle (13); tool clamping pieces (11) are fixed to each guide bar (12); an end cover (14) is arranged on one end of the cylinder body, wherein the guide bars (12) at the end are far from the tool anchor plate (10); and the tool clamping pieces are separated from the tool anchor plate; so that partial weight of a clamping mechanism is reduced, and the clamping mechanism is easy to dismount.
