Method for comprehensive utilization of stone wastes
The objective of the invention is to provide a method which does not occupy land, is free of pollution to the environment, saves energy and fully utilizes stone wastes to produce a building material. The method comprises the following steps: a, selecting stone wastes with a particle diameter of more than 25 cm and carrying out processing into a stone material used for building, and selecting stone wastes with the particle diameter of 4 to 25 cm and carrying out transporting to a first crusher via a feeding machine; b, transporting the crushed material to a rolling screening machine and carrying out screening; c, allowing the screened material with the particle diameter of less than 1 cm to fall into a second crusher via a transportation belt from the lower part of the rolling screening machine, and allowing the material remained in the rolling screening machine to be used as concrete gravel; and d, transporting the residual stone wastes to the second crusher.
